Attended ACI Learning for Information Technology and Cyber Security courses through the Computer User Support Specialist (CUSS) program. Certified in ITIL Foundations, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, & CompTIA Security +. Seeking new opportunities in roles similar to; IT Specialist, Help Desk, Desktop Support, Service Desk or Technical Support, Network Technician, Network Admin, Cyber Security. Always ready for any new and potential opportunities! Relocation and Remote work always interests me. Information Technology has been a part of most of my work, sometimes creating issues and sometimes creating betterment of a workplace. Understanding how to safely and correctly manage technology is a concern, not only in my work, but with my personal usage. Network and technology related issues have changed how I use, select and maintain my own devices.
