I lead a team of Tableau developers which supports four feature teams within the bank’s Wholesale Credit division. The team includes a highly distributed onshore/offshore team.• Data Controls: I co-designed a reporting framework which allows the bank to define, execute, and monitor a variety of data controls. These controls include periodic manual attestations, automated data quality checks, summarized data movement controls, and timeliness controls. The toolset includes Tableau, MicroStrategy, Oracle, and Hadoop. The controls are applied to dozens of systems of record and follow the data as it is transformed and distributed to downstream consumers and regulatory entities.

I am volunteering my time and data analysis/visualization skills to help end lead poisoning in the city of Oakland. I built a data model which combines disparate sets of data to identify homes which are likely suffering from lead contamination. I perform solution design, ETL, descriptive analytics, predictive analytics, and data visualization.In a few short months and in partnership with community activists, I have built a revolutionary BI solution which will have a lasting impact on the city of Oakland.
