- I lead teams in both LA and Seattle Markets to deliver on Bulletproof mission in brick and mortar locations. - My team and I developed and implemented a fresh organizational structure for all cafe ops, supply chain, and online presence. We created strategies for online and on the street marketing and presence. - Sought, found, negotiated new locations in conjunction with the development of café strategy to expand 100 locations cross country- After a change in overall company strategy I adjusted priority to negotiate sales or exits for our cafes to reallocate resources to supply chain and retail expansion into 3rd party retailers

-Opened a brand new bar concept in downtown Puyallup-Developed team, brand, menu, marketing, and overall strategy -After initial success, opened a second location in Tacoma

Where it all began - joined as a line cook; through focus, determination, and an intense desire to learn I developed myself into a General Manager.
