• Engaged by Dream, one of Canada’s largest impact-driven real estate developers, in a management consulting capacity to launch and create all required infrastructure for a new affordable housing charity in advance of a Q1 2022 launch and $25M inaugural donation• Created a strategic business plan for the Foundation, inclusive of vision, values, operating principles, partnerships, long-term budget, fundraising plan, and detailed program delivery guide• Oversaw the launch of the Foundation’s first programs in 2021 and recruited the Foundation’s initial staff team to enable full-time programming to begin through 2022• Today the Dream Community Foundation invests in programs and services that create a sense of belonging for tenants in mixed-income communities and enable vulnerable and low-income populations to thrive.

• Directly managed a $4.5 billion, 5.5M ft2 development portfolio, focused on large, sustainable design-focused mixed-use projects with a mix of rentals, condominiums, office, retail, and district energy systems;• Responsible for all stages of the development life cycle: acquisitions analysis, pro forma modelling, rezoning/entitlements (including staff-level and political negotiations), design team and consultant management, contract negotiation, leasing, marketing, and construction coordination• Project lead for Sen̓áḵw, an historic partnership with the Squamish Nation to develop 6,000 net zero carbon rental units on 10.5 acres of reserve land in downtown Vancouver - the largest First Nations economic development project in North America• Negotiated complex federal approvals for Sen̓áḵw, partnership agreement with the Squamish Nation, complete servicing agreement with the City of Vancouver, and initial $600M federal construction financing package for Phase 1• Development manager (concept design through to tendering) for Mirvish Village, the redevelopment of Toronto's Honest Ed’s site into a LEED Platinum, all-rental, mixed-income community featuring micro-retail, a low-carbon district energy system, a public market hall, a cycling hub, and a network of pedestrian laneways• Developed and secured $220M in funding (from all 3 levels of government) for the Mirvish Village affordable housing program, an innovative partnership that delivered 300+ affordable units—one of the largest-ever offerings in a private project in Toronto• Project lead for Creative Housing, Westbank's non-profit affordable rental housing sister company; direct liaison with CMHC and all levels of government• Development manager for 19 Duncan Street from schematic design through to tendering and contract administration)• Programmed installations, curated partnerships, and managed 10+ full-time staff of Markham House, an on-site Mirvish Village community engagement hub with 15,000+ visitors
