I taught ESL to a group of English language learners with varied levels of proficiency. I was responsible for developing the course curriculum which required me to create formative and summative assessments, set up online learning platforms, develop three thematic units which incorporated the four language learning skills, and develop differentiated lesson plans. I also worked closely with the coordinator of the program to provide parents with comprehensive feedback on their child's progress.

From an instructor position I taught every course offered to students in King Faisal University's Preparatory Program. I also taught courses for the College of Community Studies which required me to develop my own curriculum and create an online forum where students could participate in class discussions, view their grades, and submit assignments. Administratively, I assumed the role of team leader for two years. I ensured that the members of my team completed their tasks efficiently and professionally. I also worked closely with the manager regarding goals, priorities, team needs and accomplishments.During my time at KFU I developed specialized programs for students and professionals who intended to write the IELTS exam, but wanted to focus on a specific area of study.

From an instructor position I was given many responsibilities related to academic development. I played a major role in the integration of technology and learning that occurred during the period I worked at Najran University. I was able to convince the administration to properly equip the classrooms in order to enhance the quality of various task-based learning programs. I was also head of the co-curricular committee for the duration of the contract.

I also worked closely with the Busan Board of Education to help prepare Korean English teachers for their academic assignments at various institutions in the United States.
