I am an experienced IT Service Manager (Service Delivery Manager) and Transition / Transformation Project Manager with a track record of successfully managing delivery of IT services for clients across industries and which operate in the UK, Europe and globally. With extensive experience of delivering in-house and outsourced services, from short term improvement / transformation projects to ongoing services, I have led all sizes of teams across technologies, including teams based in multiple countries, cultures and timezones, as well as managing relationships with internal, external and 3rd party suppliers.I am passionate about IT Service Management and finding ways to manage service delivery more effectively and efficiently to deliver service excellence, in support of customer value and other business objectives.
