Worked as detailer, car washer, and porter for the FIELDS auto group mainly servicing BMWs, but also Land Rovers, Jaguars, Volvos, and Minis for 45 hours a week over the summer in 2023. This experience included dozens of customer interactions on a daily basis as well as managing specific customer requests. I harnessed my customer service skills to ensure that each and every customer had a positive experience with FIELDS BMW and would be likely to recommend our dealership and services to friends and family.
