Train Digitel's NOC Staff in the use of the M2000 management software to monitor the Signaling transfer point (STP) and in the procedures for resolution of simple and common faults.Run MML commands in the STP management software to find the cause and solve complex failures of the equipment, links, link sets, routes and route sets.Perform tests with STP maintenance engineers to guarantee the correct functioning of the equipment and for preventive maintenance.Design the procedure to be followed by NOC engineers to analyze and solve most common failures of the STP.Develop formulas, statistics and procedures to measure the Performance of the STP.Prepare manuals and documentation detailing the procedures for alarm and failure monitoring and resolution.
