Director/management training program. Developed leadership and public speaking skills, as well as learning various sales techniques and honing my communication skills. Training included personal sales, Door to door sales, as well as management and leadership training. Was required to recruit and manage a team.

I was a Radio show co-host, an advocate, and briefly helped with development of See Something, Say Something, a teen led-teen focused suicide prevention initiative that received national attention, such as winning the Verizon Innovative App Challenge. During this time I attended many events to advocate for SEESAY, helped with app development for the SEESAY app (on google play/ apple store), hosted a weekly radio show with two other advocates that was listened to on a large scale, worked with Project Semicolon (A global suicide prevention network) and managed some of the social media for the initiative.

Duties included taking care of the kids I was tutoring, and effectively teaching new concepts/ reiterating old ones. I was also the lead tutor, which included going to meetings with large corporations to talk about what I did, to receive funding.
