I take on complex and challenging programs to help the most talented teams and individuals deliver on our mission and vision.In the beginning I did this in the complex environment of Iraq and Afghanistan. As a Captain in the British Army I have a track-record of leading, planning, coordinating and delivering the goods in a fast-paced environment. Decision making, a bias for action, flexibility and adaptation are traits inherent to my manner. Now, as then, I put my dedication and work ethic to use managing complex aerospace projects. Working across the organization with the leadership and technical teams I build consensus for the plan and orchestrate the activities. I leverage my training in Kaizen and Continuous Improvement to look for and implement efficiencies. Always open to challenges and new ideas I look at the data to analyze and support informed and timely decision making. When I’m not on the job you can find me out hiking with my golden retriever Charlie, experimenting with wine-making (with mixed-results!), following the Welsh national rugby team and enjoying good company with friends and family.
