Current• Function as lead problem solver for highest impact production issues (part quality, design, manufacturability, etc.) • Support and drive deep dive analysis of complex problems to find root cause, implement short-term containment, final countermeasures, and prevent future occurrences. Developed complex Design of Experiments (DOEs) to determine root cause of systemic issues, identify sources of variation within critical processes, and implement short/long term countermeasures.• Utilized phase oriented tools for evaluating failure patterns, defining failure descriptions, and implementing fast/controlled/sustainable solutions within a production environment. • Coaching/mentoring colleagues on problem solving methodologies, analysis principles, and solution-based engineering.• Provided lessons learned support and problem solving guidance through ramp-up of electric vehicle architecture at MBUSI. • Function as lead contact for measurement fixture implementation through ramp-up, ensuring gauges meet design specifications and accurately simulate build conditions (based on tolerance/alignment requirements).
