- Conduct surveillance inspection and supervise workers in carrying-out company quality standards and procedures- Perform visual welding inspection and check NDT requirement to be coordinated to NDT Coordinator prior for testing schedule- Request inspection, coordinate and conduct inspection together with the Client Inspector for final acceptance and release of spools- Check and monitor machine calibration ( welding machines and quivers )

- Check and review the inspection test plan, procedures, technical specifications, drawing plans and other related quality documents as required by the Customer before the start of fabrication- Perform inspection on incoming material, material preparation at fit-up assembly, visual welding inspection and final inspection in accordance with the established quality procedures and standards- Supervise workers in carrying out Company quality standards and procedures- Check NDT requirement and coordinate with the sub-con group for the schedule of testing- Request inspection, coordinate and conduct inspection together with the Client Inspector for the final acceptance- Accomplished inspection report, highlights and feedback encountered quality issues to key personnel- Witness Welder's qualification test / Procedure qualification record / PMI of filler wire and electrode and welded joints / Machine calibration conduct by the Third Party Inspection group
