With my team, we revolutionized the hotel industry by providing a seamless and secure mobile key experience for guests. I managed a global team of product managers and designers, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and growth. Additionally, I developed and executed product roadmaps, analyzed market trends and customer needs, and implemented strategies to meet business goals. Through my leadership and expertise, OpenKey was able to improve guest experience, increase revenue, and expand its global presence.

In my role as the Digital Product and Operations Manager at Docudesk, I held diverse responsibilities encompassing exceptional customer service, software project management, web development, marketing operations, and bookkeeping. Within this dynamic small software company, boasting nearly 10 million worldwide downloads, I played a vital role in shaping our digital campaigns and establishing a strong online presence.Additionally, I spearheaded the Innovation ThinkTank Division, driving the creation of new ventures such as PDFzen (acquired in 2014 and now operating as Dochub.com) and SoPub. By leveraging a robust technology stack and collaborating with an exceptional team, we ushered the company into a new era, ultimately leading to its acquisition by SodaPDF.

Our innovative platform seamlessly integrates with social media, enabling brands to showcase genuine user experiences while offering incentives such as prizes, sponsorships, and even cash rewards to customers.During our time at SoPub, we experienced remarkable growth as a bootstrap startup, achieving profitability within a mere two months. This success was attributed to our strategic partnerships with esteemed entities such as Gilt City, GM, PunchTab, and Herradura Tequila. However, as we encountered technical integration challenges and faced fierce competition from a social media giant, we made the strategic decision to pivot toward our next venture.

I founded Acousta Launch, a specialized crowdfunding platform, where I assumed a multitude of responsibilities. The journey of building a company from the ground up proved to be both fulfilling and demanding. I successfully secured acceptance into the inaugural class at The Collide Center, an esteemed Incubator and Accelerator supported by McKinney Economic Development Center. Throughout this experience, I gained invaluable insights, from securing our first customer to overseeing marketing operations, technology project management, and overall business operations. Ultimately, in 2013, Acousta Launch was acquired through an acquire-hire process with an investor group, leading to its subsequent closure.
