Supply Planner/ Inventory Supply Planner Related Duties  Prepare Supply Commitment to external customer.  Generates Build Plan in daily, weekly, and monthly range that includes Demand and Supply Analysis, Projection of input and output requirements, Supply projection and requirement for raw material requisition to support the demand. Prepares and publish SRS to Production line for daily guide to meet Shipment schedule to customer and also Long Term Schedule align with the target volume requirement considering materials availability, line capacity and other constraints. Monitors daily WIP location to ensure no delay in processing, daily monitoring of plan to actual output result.  Issue Weekly Production Plan on a daily bucket considering latest parameter assumptions. Ensure availability on site of materials required for Production to avoid delay and stoppage of line. Helps in achieving Supply Chain objectives of reducing working capital, producing at lowest possible cost without sacrificing quality and at the same time meeting shipment schedules.  Liaise with Production, Engineering, Capacity, and Indirect Material Team to ensure that all KPI’s are consistently met. And collaborate with other stake holders to determine the appropriate supply strategies based on critical demand and supply. Perform long term planning process, review capacity across the Supply Chain views and provide recommendation to Management. Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times by providing timely deliveries and provide best solutions to each issues that may arise.Inventory Control Related Duties  Ensures Finished Good Inventory is within the ideal level Days of Stocks. Manages inventory level of products from WIP to FGI is within target during quarter end. Implement inventory strategies and actions that support customer targets while minimizing the risk of investment and inventory.

Research and Development Engineer  Generate specs, procedures and other instruction needed by Production to create glove for mass production. Compute material consumptions per part to be able to forecast needed quantity of materials. Supervise in sample making of gloves for customer approval includes scheduling and planning of manpower to meet shipment dates of samples. Coordinate with Production new instructions and ensure all details of information is being discussed prior mass production. And ensure all materials needed is available. Propose and ensure all productivity program is being implemented for more efficiency of work. Make continuous study on how to improve sample making process to be able to achieve greater productivity. Conducts actual checking in line to ensure all instructions are being followed to avoid rejects and re-process.

Capacity/ Layout Planner Generate capacity, equipment and manpower planning to support production requirement to ensure smooth running of operation. Responsible in productivity improvements, line standardization and projects for cost reduction. Conducts time and motion study on machine and manpower to measure standard capacity of line and identify bottleneck process to be able to create improvements. Create line balancing analysis to be able to level workload across all process to remove bottleneck and excess capacity for optimization. Generate jigs and workstation layout for efficient sequencing of operations for a more conducive workplace. Establish Equipment and line capacity model for Production schedule plan. Monitor daily output, and other factors such as machine utilization, availability of material and manpower to ensure that the established line capacity is achieved.  Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing, Process and Equipment team for improvement activities.
