I provide quality control through comparing loan approval to documentation to system input. I alsocross train other operations staff to cover job functions.

I started there as a Lead Teller for the local branch. Consisted of managing 4 to 5 full to part-time employees. Training each of them on our core systems, cash handling, sales, private banking roles and responsibilities. Then after a year was promoted to the loan department as a Loan operations assistant. In that role, I serviced all aspects of the lending process. Booking, payments, draw processing, floor plan monitoring, HMDA, CRA reporting and adverse action processing. Continued this role and took on additional roles and responsibilities as asked. Ended up training the booking and payment department when I was transferred to our new location.
