I have a bachelor’s degree in nursing and 4+ years of proven experience effectively and efficiently managing both patients and staff. I am an extremely organized, calm, and patient professional with excellent healthcare skills. I have a passion for providing quality care to patients, and the necessary leadership skills to inspire other staff members to provide above standard levels of service.In my previous role as a registered nurse at Rosales Rural Health & Lying-in Clinic, I evaluate the medical conditions of up to 20 to 100 patients daily. I have developed and directed a rotational system to manage the care of patients and coordinate workforce management. Providing compassionate nursing care to individuals, families & community groups from diverse socio-economic backgrounds in home, clinic, and community center environments. One of the highlights during this period was when I was assigned to the Emergency room and Ambulance nurse where we transfer patients from primary hospital to secondary or tertiary hospital. During this time, I’ve been recognized as a dedicated, ambitious, and reliable person who can work without supervision. Currently, my six years of experience as a Clinical Support Specialist & Subject Matter Expert at Shearwater Health helped me to broaden my skills especially supporting overseas hospitals and clinics by doing analysis on the medical certifications claims of patients.
