North East Link Project - Graduate ProgramRotation 1: Central Package (Tunnels) – Mechanical, Electrical & ITS • This team is charged with the design and project lifecycle of the Mechanical, Electrical (M&E) and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) elements of the NEL tunnels spanning from Watsonia to Bullen• Fundamentally, these M&E systems comprise ventilation, hydraulics and drainage, fire life and safety systems, tunnel power systems (low and high voltage), Operations Management and Control Systems and ITSRotation 2: Northern Package - Rail Interface Team• This teams focus is the delivery of the NEL Rail Interface Works occurring on the Hurstbridge line from Macleod to Greensborough station• During this rotation I worked with various stakeholders such as Metro Trains, The M80 Ring Road Alliance, VicTrack etc. and gained knowledge into various rail design elements including general track & civil, fire life and safety systems and signalling• Rotation 3: Central Package (Tunnels) - Commercial & Law Team• The Commercial & Legal team is responsible for commercial and legal risks & issues, administering change and understanding the commercial and legal implications of the central tunnel component of the NEL• In this team I assisted with processing modifications of value of up to $10 million and learnt fundamentals related to change management, drafting of commercial and legal correspondence, commercial quantity surveying and construction law

• JACM is a domestic construction business that is dedicated to customer satisfaction by safely delivering high quality projects and upholding classic trade values• Completed projects include deckings, retaining walls, pergolas, earthworks, concreting etc.

• This role involved a combination of process engineering, process safety, risk analysis, project management, and asset management• Managed delivery of the Silvan Water Treatment Plant MHF Safety Case which gives license to operate as a MHF pursuant to WorkSafe legislation.• Management of MHF Control Program to ensure that various assets, infrastructure and instrumentation systems are implemented, functional, effective and maintained• Received the opportunity to learn about water supply treatment plants, disinfection plants, sewerage treatment plants, pumping stations, and service reservoirs
