Refined the training syllabus for In-Camp Trainings (ICTs) for returning Military Police National Servicemen (NSMen) to improve their competencies and readiness for deployment if ever necessary.Piloted training programme for NSMen and Full-time National Servicemen (NSFs) to gain feedback to fine-tune syllabus

In this role, I was placed in charge of the training and well-being of a platoon of 30 men.On a day-to-day basis, I was tasked to plan out the routines and training to maintain the high standards of regimentation and discipline of the men under my charge. I was also tasked to plan and strategise various types of operations around the camps in Singapore to maintain the standards of the men and women in the organisation. I also had the honour of being deployed for National Day Parade 2020 as a Task Force Commander to maintain security for the Distinguished guests coming for the parade.Through my tour as a Platoon Commander, I was better able to understand the problems of my men and how to properly manage the expectations of my superiors whilst looking out for the welfare of my men.
