My values drive me they do in my purpose to develop a more sustainable, automatized, agile company that allows for each single employee to evolve in a digital environment. I raised from the Project Manager position. As thus, I took onto me to lead the IT system definitions, integrations and strategics in synergy into the Production and Logistics areas, and set me on my way to becoming a role model in factory's industry integration 4.0. It is my deepest belief that as a changing and leading role in the industry we need to constantly integrating transformation and digitalization make into a cornerstone of our global strategies.In recent years I've been in charge of the IT Projects Team for Infrastructure and Communications. Bearing in focus the implementing of new technologies in a fashionable, performance-wise and value-maximizing way has always been inline for me with strengthening the business model, and both concepts together help create a more sustainable, efficient and user-friendly IT environment for all levels of managing our industry.
