Since the very moment I met my team-building committee, I knew that one day I would be the one leading something like that. It was not until 2021 that I achieved my dream.Two friends and I, 19 years old at that time, successfully organised an 80 participants session with over 10 people placed in our charge and a 20k budget. Not only did we scheduled the logistics and accommodation for the participants, but we also dealt with the challenge of fully fundraising it.
