On top of the production supportwork, I am also doing development work by adding or modifying features ofthe 3 Marketing Application System to cater the needs of the clients.Handed special projects to migrate legacy applications to newer technologies powered by Oracle and Teradata.Roles include the following:- Team Leader for the DNC Applications PH Team- Attends Liaison Manager Meeting to discuss Weekly Status Reports- Business Continuity Plan Point of Contact of the Project- Attends technical design walk-through with the supervisor (team lead or sub-lead) and/or a US counterpart prior to start of coding.- Codes a task based on design specifications and established standards.- Conducts Unit and System Test- Completes all documents associated with the deliverable.- Ensures that quality system requirements are applied in the team.- Ensures work tracking tool is updated.- Escalates questions and/or Issues to the team lead or SME.- Finishes tasks within budget but still ensures quality of deliverables.- Fix Production Issues when paged by the POM.- Follows escalation procedures.- Helps facilitate/Attends project specific training, brown bag sessions as well as project meetings.- Monitor Batch Processing during Shift Hours.- Participate in conference calls with the US team when necessary (e.g. clarify issues).- Participating in code reviews with the supervisor/code reviewers.- Perform issue investigation and analysis.- Prepares the Unit Test plan, Test Conditions and Test Data documents.- Reports Issues and status of the task to the supervisor on a regular basis, making sure all Issues are resolved in a timely manner.- Reviews task documentation (e.g. Functional/Technical designs) for completeness.
