Spent a lot of time in the borderland of Development, Operations and Cloud (often referred to as DevOps).Previous experience have thought me a lot about leadership. Not only from my own experience as a leader in different roles and companies, but also by being fortunate to work with some great leaders. I know the importance of trust, value the servant leadership style and strive to continuously improve.Have a detailed understanding of software architecture, development and processes. First hand experience with multiple cloud providers and services, like Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, as well as Docker and Kubernetes.I have a deep theoretical and practical understanding of Lean. I have been tutored in Lean inspired software processes like Scrum and Kanban by the pioneers in this space (Mary Poppendieck, Mike Cohn and David J. Anderson). I have held several talks, lectures and workshops on these topics and trained multiple teams, especially in Kanban.
