El ascenso a Primera División y una exitosa campaña de marketing para una ampliación de capital con más de 10.000 accionistas en 69 países a lo largo del planeta supuso el trampolín para crear una imagen de marca de la entidad basada en la transparencia, la participación, la igualdad, los valores, la buena gestión financiera, y la responsabilidad social.Mi trabajo ha consistido en la creación de esta imagen, con un 50% de Marketing y un 50% de Comunicación, desde el desarrollo de una nueva imagen de marca y la realización del Brand Book, la estructuración y puesta en marcha de la página web, la apertura de canales de Redes Sociales o la generación de una Estrategia de Contenidos. Tras desarrollar y poner en marcha los dos Planes Estratégicos (2015-17 y 2017-22), hemos abordado otras actuaciones con un Plan de Igualdad, Plan de Euskera y Plan Medioambiental, posicionándonos como un club de fútbol comprometido y diferente. Esto ha supuesto un aumento exponencial del valor de marca, así como de la captación de ingresos a través de patrocinio.El tejido de relaciones institucionales con el Gobierno, la Diputación y con otros agentes, ha supuesto la creación de importantes sinergias y el consenso interinstitucional para abordar grandes proyectos como la ampliación y reforma del Estadio de Ipurua, consiguiendo 2,7 millones de euros de subvenciones públicas en el periodo 2014-18.A nivel departamental (con presencia en el Comité de Dirección, y reportando a la Dirección General y al Consejo de Administración) hemos conseguido un crecimiento del Presupuesto que se ha multiplicado por cinco en cuatro años, llegando hasta 1,6 millones de euros para el ejercicio 2018. Hemos impulsado la creación de nuevos espacios y líneas de ingresos, y la puesta en marcha de la Estrategia Digital atendiendo a la página web, la publicidad, la generación de una base de datos, el envío de comunicaciones personalizadas a la base social y la puesta en marcha de un programa de fidelización.

Artworks’ import and export paperwork processing, collaborating with premium transport companies and national / european customs.Ensuring every artwork is insured nail-to-nail according to its price and covering all lenders demands, including police escorting. Damage reports fulfillment, negotiation with lenders and museum conservation department for a temporary or definitive solution. Deinstallation of affected artwork, transport to workshop and supervision of restoring process. Claims administering on behalf of the museum.Touring of exhibitions coordination, both to national and international venues. Collaboration with hosting institutions for transport and insurance, negotiating itinerance cost distribution.
