Esto ha supuesto un aumento exponencial del valor de marca, así como de la captación de ingresos a través de patrocinio.El tejido de relaciones institucionales con el Gobierno, la Diputación y con otros agentes, ha supuesto la creación de importantes sinergias y el consenso interinstitucional para abordar grandes proyectos como la ampliación y reforma del Estadio de Ipurua, consiguiendo 2,7 millones de euros de subvenciones públicas en el periodo 2014-18.A nivel departamental (con presencia en el Comité de Dirección, y reportando a la Dirección General y al Consejo de Administración) hemos conseguido un crecimiento del Presupuesto que se ha multiplicado por cinco en cuatro años, llegando hasta 1,6 millones de euros para el ejercicio 2018.
