At Facelift I drove the innovative development of the "Orchestrate" product of our Social Media Marketing Suite, both strategically and operationally. Together with a product manager and embedded in a multidisciplinary team of programmers and testers, we created many features to enhance functionality and optimized usability and accessibility.To align user needs with technical requirements and business goals, we employed user research and competitive analyses. Stakeholder workshops were central for ideation (Design Thinking) and coordination on goals, requirements and solutions.On this basis, I designed concepts for new features of our software in the form interactive prototypes and detailed design specs. These were validated in users tests served as blueprints for developers during implementation.

In the international and experimental environment at Costa Digital Unit, also working for AIDA Cruises, I was responsible for developing the user experience (UX) as well as the visual design and layout (UI) of various products. Among others for the virtual travel agency brand "Seetours" and the AIDA on-ship mobile companion app, providing access to on-ship services and entertainment as well as booking of on-shore excursions.I was working in an interdisciplinary team with highly skilled product owners, developers, analysts, SEO specialists, marketers, and copywriters. In close collaboration with internal stakeholders, we developed innovative, user-centered digital value-added services in the form of mobile and web-based apps in the areas of eCommerce, on-board services, and sales support.

Als Creative Director, war ich verantwortlich für die visuelle grafische und strategische Betreuung von Branding und Marketing und habe auch an konkreten E-Learning-Content-Projekten mitgearbeitet und die strategische Betreuung von Kunden übernommen. Als Head of Product Design übernahm ich den Aufbau des UX/UI Design-Teams und damit auch die Verantwortung für die UX und UI des gesamten Produkt-Portfolios der imc. in enger Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Consultants, den Produkt-Managern und natürlich den Software-Entwicklern, etablierten wir Design-Systeme mit eigenen aber verwandten visuellen Sprachen, für die unterschiedlichen Produkte (und Plattformen) als interner Dienstleister und Kompetenz-Zentrum für UX und UI im Internehmen.
