I am passionate for biomedical research and genuinely interested and enthusiastic about this field.My main research interests are genetics, gene therapy, cancer, stem cells and regenerative medicine.During my studies I have experienced how the boundaries between biomedical research and computer science are slowly dissolving since they are having more and more in common. In addition to experience in wet labs, I have invested in acquiring knowledge in working with the linux / UNIX terminal, Python, Bash and R, which I currently have about 2 years of experience of.My goal is to take this opportunity and master both of these skills since it will help accelerate my research going forward and bridge the gap between these two proficiencies.
