As Purchasing and Production Manager I am responsible for all activities throughout the supply chain from purchasing of components and raw materials to production at contract manufacturers and delivery to customers. I plan and execute purchasing and production, follow up deliveries and perform supplierevaluations. I am also responsible for all quality documentation related to production and purchasing as well as financial forecasting, stock reconciliation and CoGs calculations. In Dec 2020 I participated in Ellen’s annual ISO 13485 audit performed by DEKRA which was completed without any findings.

As Cluster Operations Lead I am the functional lead for all supply activities within the Nordics and Baltics with operational responsibility for the Baltic, Swedish and Finnish markets. This includes all demand management activities and beeing SME on the demand management tool Kinaxis as well as serving as the connection between the markets and the manufactuing units. I have daily contact with all company planning functions overseeing delivery schedules and with the wholesalers in the region.

As EEA Regulatory Labeling Coordinator I lead the artwork procedure for all the countries of the European Economic Area for artwork related to the Falsifies Medicines Directive and Brexit. I was SME on the global electronic labeling system PPLS and labeling regulation. I also assisted with SmPC updates, coordinated lingustic reviews for CP products and supported in numerous other CP label updates in the EEA including the launch for Skyrizi.

As Logistics Manager Team Lead in Actavis Nordic Cluster I had 6 direct reports based in the Nordic countries. My role was splitt between Team Lead and operational responsibilities for the Swedish market. Apart from this, I was also superuser for our replenishment planning tool Infor and member of steering committies for onging Logistics projects in the Nordics. One of these projects was a SAP implementation which took place during Q3 2016, where I was SME for the PtP stream and also performed UAT for this stream. Other examples of additional logistics task was warehouse audits, both from a financial and quality perspective.

As Logistics Manager at Actavis I am responsible for the supply of finished goods to the Norwegian market. This includes Demand planning in close collaboration with the local market, Replenishment planning in collaboration with Actavis Global Supply Chain and Inventory management. The portfolio ranges from fast moving consumer goods to slow moving hospital products. Surveilancing the physical flow of goods is also one of my tasks. I have daily contact with our warehouses and transport companies to resolve problems and expedite deliveries.

As a Supply Planner at AstraZeneca I operationally planned the supply of finished products from 3rd party suppliers to internal and external customers. I managed three supply chains with supplying sites in Sweden, France and USA supplying markets all over the world. A big part of the job was to stay informed of the supply status in the markets and at the suppliers to be able to identify potential problems and deal with them at an early stage. During my time at AZ we implemented SAP in Sweden. I took part in training and supplier readiness evalutations prior to go live. I also performed stock and warehouse auditis at suppliers, as well as working with supplier evaluations and LEAN Supply Chain projects and supply chain visualization.

The work consisted of preparing CMC documentation for submission to Regulatory Authorities in collaboration with experts from R&D and Operations. I mainly worked with post approval CMC-changes but also took part in the registration of esomeprazol Mg in Japan, which we submitted to the authorities 7 months ahead of schedule. During that project I was incharge of the S (drug substans) section of Module 3. I worked with several different dosage forms such as tablets, dry powder inhalors och sprays on multiple submissions in all the major markets of the world.

Six months occupational traning to become a Licensed Pharmacist. I worked side by side with pharmacists and technitians to learn the trade. After three months I received pre-registration status and was allowed to sign perscriptions unsuperviced.
