I work as a senior advisor and consultant at Sweco AB. My previous work skills enables me to work with various projects as project manager and specialist for private and public organisations. Some of these skills are connected with the art of managing large-scale organisations, developing and improving internal processes and dealing with specific leadership challenges and how to resolve them. For the last 12 years I have worked with various aspects of top-level strategic development and leadership within the city of Sundsvall, an organisation with +8000 employees. I have extensive experience of matters relating to top level management in public government and public companies. I have both formal and practical knowledge regarding societal strategic development and change, most financial matters in large organisations, quality control, internal control and formal decision structures. I have also served as a board member for a captive insurance company, and an innovative regional company.My personal strong points include a strong communicative ability to reduce complicated matters into something that is easy to understand, especially when presenting it orally. I have strong analytical skills, and I generally realise what needs to be done the instant I set eyes on a problem. My experience tells me that I work best where the chain of command is clear, the corporate culture is wide-spread and personally rewarding, and that I can be proud to be a part of the products/services provided.
