I was hired into the realm of Concrete Rehabilitation and Restoration with little to no experience. Over my nearly 15 year career my experiences and knowledge grew tremendously. I have worked closely with contractors on RSLMC (Rapid Setting Latex Modified Concrete) Bridge Deck Overlay projects throughout Washington state. I worked with WA DOT on everything from Dowel Bar Retrofit projects to Spawl Repair and panel replacement. I worked closely to develope a network of dealers across Washington, Oregon Idaho, Montana and British Columbia, from the ground up. While with CTS Cement I establish an annual training seminar with the Cement Masons Union in Spokane WA. Instructing the newest apprentices in the Cement Masons Union training at Spokane Falls Community College.In a world of electronic communications, I try my best to establish direct relationships, face to face conversations. I believe in long term business relationship building. I strive to understand my customers needs balanced by the materials and services I can provide. Its about building a partnership.
