I'm a tech-nerd so my current employer really suits me. My aim is to constantly learn new things but to my great sorrow, our products are of that nature you cannot learn it all...still I'm trying to!My main objective at my current position is to help R&D to create more reliable products and spread the importance of reliability engineering across the organization. So much can be done and so much money can be saved, when applying the different techniques and approaches in this often "forgotten" field.The other main interest I have is system engineering and since almost every major technical solution on a conceptual level is decided during system design, its really exciting to help our design-teams to make the best possible design in all aspects in this early design phase. The excitement of then seeing the design get implemented later on, with hopefully all major issues solved, is really great!
