This is a new start company that began in 2004 focused on Consulting for the Development and Redevelopment of Real Estate. These projects allowed us to identify a niche market for Forestry Mulcher Tooling. Based on the collaborative experience of Darrell Eldred and myself, we were able to develop and produce and new product line that increased procuctivity and tool life while reducing product costs for our customers. Responsible for Sales, Marketing, Product Design and Engineering, and Accounting for OpTeam Inc.

Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan Area

This was a new start business focused as performance cutting tool distributor for the tool & die and metalworking industries. I handled all aspect of the company incuding business conceptualizaiton, proforma planning, finance, accounting, vendor aquisition and relations, sales and marketing and budgeting. I grew the company from $100K in sales in 2000, $200K in 2001, $400K in 2002, and $800K in 2003. Sales forecasts projected sales to exceed $1MM in 2004 before personal circumstances requred me to move back to Memphis in January 2004.

I was one of 7 Productivity Team Leaders in the United States. My region was the largest revenue region which was comprised of Michigan and Indiana and was responsible for managing 3 Field Technicians. I conducted Productivity Improvement Projects and Inventory Rationalization Projects for customers regarding machining operations and performance carbide tooling.
