Analyzed the existing IT Landscape and produced overall documentation of the applications, how they were used and how they were connected via integrations. A disaster recovery plan was also created and documented to support the IT organization. All documentation was setup in sharepoint.

In this assignment at DB Schenker AB, I was responsible for a group of 7 project managers who performed national and global IT projects within Schenker AB (mainly in software development, infrastructure and application management). I was coaching the project managers in their work and ensuring that all projects were handled according to the given project model. I was also part of PMO's management team, working overall with planning, budget and follow-up. During the assignment, I also worked with recruitment and souring of consultants as well as managed the agreements with suppliers.

In the role as head of IT, I was responsible for the IT process throughout the company as well as the centralized IT organization. Main tasks were to lead and drive the daily work as well as setting up and execute strategic directions and plans, developing processes and coaching the people within the IT organization.

I was working as a senior consultant as well as being part of the management team for the Nethouse company in Gothenburg. I executed sales activites to find consultant assignments for myself and my collegues.

I was acting as IT coordinator the first 3 years, where the main tasks were to coordinate system changes requested from customers and internal users through the whole process from analyzing requirements to fully implemented functions in the systems. Between 2007 and 2010, I was also acting team manager for the support- and development team.

Acting technical responsible for the global website and Intranet. My responsibilities were to organize, lead and drive the development of the communication platforms in the role as project manager.
