I did regular coaching and mentoring sessions with the management group to adopt an agile mindset and create organizational pre-conditions for the teams to adopt agile wow.Supported in the process to recruit 4 agile team coaches and took the lead in creating an Agile CoE to further support the adoption of scaled agile setup with big room planning and scaled adoption of OKRs.My strong focus on psychological safety, trust and leading with an openness and authenticity towards a shared vision in the Agile CoE matrix team allowed for the team to support many of the 24 teams towards a stronger agile mindset and adopt an scaled agile way of working.
