As Product Manager I'm responsible of our TX-CONNECT back-office platform used daily by up to 4500 users. As a fieldtest engineer you are a part of the Quality Control departement. My role was to test new hard- and software at specific customers. You follow very closely the tests and report back to the QC manager. This 'fieldtest' is the last step before release of the Hard- and Software to the market and is crucial.

I enforced the Service desk of Transics as the 3th member. (now Service desk has grown up to 35 people). The goal was to help Transport companies equipped with the transics solution by phone, with visits, assist in installations and repairs.
