Starting at Transics ZF 23 years ago, taking up the role as Site & Operations leader was beyond anything I could imagine. Working close to leadership I will be accountable for:> follow up on execution and take responsibilities to driver actions to secure the GGM. > Co-create and execute a strategic implementation plan to maximize resources with the focus on operational excellence supporting the direct and indirect sales organization> Be the 'father' of the Transics House with an open door mentality installing the spirit of entrepreneurship I'm combining this role with the Product Management EMEA leadership.

At Transics, acquired by the ZF group, I'm responsible for managing the products throughout the product life cycle, with focus on gathering and prioritizing customer and product requirements. I work closely together with the senior management team, sales/marketing teams and the product development teams. To do this I manage a super team of Product managers.

As Business Developer I will assist the VP Business Development in Russia, Turkey & Middle-East. My responsibilities are:> to investigate what the product requirements are for these regions and translate towards HQ PM> to set up a local organisation in the new regions > to do a maximum knowledge transfer> to hunt for new customers> to assist the implementation of new projects> to assist in possible further region expansionI will combine the Business Development role with Product Manager as they are very close related in this phase.

As Product Manager I'm responsible of our TX-CONNECT back-office platform used daily by up to 4500 users. Listening to the needs of the market, looking at technology trends with in the back of the mind reducing costs and making sure we can increase the value, I will make business cases and functionaly work out new features for our software. Putting prio's and using the Scrum Methodoly.

As Operational manager you are responsible for the project managers in the field. You assist them with your expierence, you make sure KPI's are met and take the overall responsibility for the projects. During the 2 years I did this I was mainly responsible of Italy & Slovenia and took in the role as international project eng also managed projects in Turkey and Ireland.

■As project manager you guarantee the successful implementation of projects with clients.■You identify and analyze needs of clients.■You take care of installations and trainings with clients.■You are responsible for the follow-up of existing clients.■Together with the sales team, you will visit prospects in the transport sector. You provide technical support to sales during the presales phase.■You report to the Operational Manager responsible for your region, who will assist you during the entire cycle.

As a fieldtest engineer you are a part of the Quality Control departement. My role was to test new hard- and software at specific customers. You follow very closely the tests and report back to the QC manager. This 'fieldtest' is the last step before release of the Hard- and Software to the market and is crucial.

I enforced the Service desk of Transics as the 3th member. (now Service desk has grown up to 35 people). The goal was to help Transport companies equipped with the transics solution by phone, with visits, assist in installations and repairs.
