P&L responsibility for Cubic’s worldwide Live, Virtual and Constructive training portfolio serving Air Force, Army and Navy customers worldwide. Managed direct report program, business development and engineering teams working with matrixed contracts, service and support teams. Responsible for creating and managing overall capture strategy and product roadmaps to create predictable forecasts for products with 10–20-year lifecycles. Member of Cubic’s Global Leadership Team reporting directly to the President of Cubic Defense.

P&L responsibility for worldwide air training system portfolio. Managed matrixed team on five continents responsible for program capture and execution, product sustainment and contractor logistics support to 15+ Air Force customers. Successfully captured the largest order in over 10 years with an international Air Force customer. Reported to the President of Cubic Global Defense and was member of the Global Leadership Team. Managed direct report and matrixed organization of approximately 100 employees.

P&L responsibility for the air combat portfolio covering Europe, the Americas and Australia. Managed direct report program managers and created and led the overall capture strategy with business development and strategy teams in the US and Europe

P&L responsibility for global visual systems product portfolio in a very diverse market with customers in over 45 countries on 6 continents.

Responsible for the overall management, budgets and execution of several flight simulation programs supported by multiple international departments. Led the company's capture strategy on several international strategic pursuits, overseeing partnership development, subcontractor selection, competitive assessments, export control and engagement with international vendors.

Managed technical project operation, customer communications, resource allocation, budget execution, risk management and delivery schedules while using earned value reporting. Led project planning, base-lining, and coordination between international Rockwell Collins locations. Supported business development efforts to domestic and international customers in Europe and Asia.

Directly managed 13 software engineers and indirectly managed 7-15 software, electrical and mechanical engineers on a IR&D project. Responsible for resource planning, performance reviews, training curriculum, career development, and task prioritization.

Led small engineering team to develop software building blocks for the company’s first high fidelity Low Level training device product line. Product suite included virtual flight simulators, desktop and laptop simulators as well as a set of software tools enabling the creation of a virtual cockpit.

Co-led a team of software engineers in developing a new simulation product line.

Served as group lead engineer to integrate avionics suite and motion system for the U.S. Navy TH-57 helicopter simulator program.

Responsible for the design, testing and implementation of software and hardware solutions to successfully simulate avionics systems including weather radar, navigation, TAWS, HUD into three different FAA Level D simulators.
