Leading the Opportunity Management Team (OMT) in North America, responsible for the planning and execution of quality responses to RFQ, RFP, and RFIs for strategic target- and existing customers.

In August 2018 I took the Lead and senior role over the North American Implementation Department, with more focus on bigger implementation projects of our strategic accounts, e.g. Tesla, BMW, MGF, Sanmina, Continental, Abercrombie & Fitch,

Responsible to guide the Customer Onboarding process, Implementation and re-engineering of new or existing customers, including development of a scope of work, project plan, and standard operating procedures. In general, managing schedules, budgets, and project teams through the complete implementation process in the following capacities:• Lead the implementation project through procedures and connecting internal and external stakeholders• Create project implementation plans and manage from beginning to end• Monitor the progress of the project and communicate status, updates, changes, or deviations to all stakeholders• Clearly define customer requirements and expectations• Define KPIs and set up KPI monitoring tools• Define operational processes through a mutual (Internal and External) Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), etc.• Act as liaison between Customer and internal resources (sales, IT, operations, etc.)• System demonstration for customers• Facilitate training for Operations• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction

The key feature of this cooperative (work-integrated) study program is the continuously and regularly switch from the academic studies at the university to practical training by the workplace in different areas of the Hellmann company.
