Responsible to future-proof REInvest Group and it's European real estate portfolio by identifying and applying the right strategies for establishing digital technologies, agile management and efficient processes, determined to increasing business and environmental performance. As an experienced leader and real estate manager, I provide constructive advice to the company's board as well as to the team of fund and asset managers, on all relevant matters related to ESG and digitalization. My tested and proven network of european-wide business contacts is supporting the skillset I deploy to add value to the company.Being part of REInvests Executive Board, I make sure that the company's actions and decisions also take into account questions related to sustainability and digital technology.

Started working with REInvest as Fund Manager right with company's take-over of the management mandate for an existing real estate fund. Investor to the fund is a major german insurance group, which uses the Luxemburgish SICAV-FIS vehicle to invest into European office buildings, based on a core strategy. The first months after the take over where determined by organizing and leading the team of commercial and technical asset managers, setting up the necessary structures and processes to ensure unimpaired fund and asset performance, whilst liaising in parallel with the investors representatives and committees, financing banks auditors and many other stakeholders.With all the team and processes running, I shifted the focus back on the open, uncalled equity commitments and further increasing the fund's volume by identifying and acquiring more assets in European capital cities.During time, some of the fund's assets became subject to important modernisation and re-development measures in order to keep them prime and core. Along with these projects, topics like ESG, smart building technologies and changing occupiers requirements, such as "new work" got into the focus of my strategic considerations for a succesful future of the fund.This finally resulted in taking over a new role within REInvest, dedicated to the transformation of the company and the managed assets to future performance through sustainability and digitalisation.

Evolving from my previous role as Head of Asset Management International to take over a wider responsibility as Fund Manager for two real estate funds with a pan-european investment scope. At that time, one of the funds was in the process of winding-up and selling all of its assets. The other fund was launched in 2013 and continued to invest the equity committed by the investor. Thus, I successfuly managed two funds with oppositional strategies, yet satisfying the investors differing goals. To report about progress made with fulfilling the strategies and seeking board decisions, quarterly meetings with investment comittees and the funds' boards were organized. Furthermore, to ensure quick and agile action in regards to non-discretionary decisionmaking, I constantly and steadily communicated with the investors representatives.Still heading the team of commercial and technical asset managers, I steered and monitored the translation of the two funds' strategies into productive actions and measures regarding, letting activities, strategic asset positioning, investment and selling activities. My international network and trilingual negotiation skills (DE, EN, FR) enabled me to support team members fulifilling their tasks, when necessary.Acting as team leader also for all kinds of organisational matters, i.e. feedback, job objectives, career development, recruitment, etc..., I was in close and permanent contact to my organisation and it's management board, to which I reported.
