Since 2020 I took on a new challenge as business manager within electrical installations for real estates. I work with the overall business strategy to develop to company and increase the company growth. My main focus is on creating and implementing new business opportunities/areas, refine the effectiveness of project execution and increasing marketing exposure. The organisation is although slim which means handling anything from larger contract negotiation, ordering tools, recruitment, marketing, IT support and standard company administration or anything that nobody else thinks is a part of the their work assignment;) Previously I've been working with product development in different roles (Lead Design Egineer, Project Manager, Team Manager), over 10 years and there after continued my career to the manufacturing field as project manager within injection moulding. Some areas and fields that I have gained knowledge and experience in are; project management, injection moulding, APQP, PPAP process, risk analysis, medical devices, consumer electronics, on site supplier support abroad, differential brakes, plastic molding tools, technical reviews, material flow review and quotations.Prior to my years as a professional engineer I did part time works as an installation electrician and a maintenance technician.Specialties:- Area/business management - Project management- Strategy development- Ability to handle and prioritize between tasks- Plastic Moulding- Connecting the fields of mechanics and electronics- Mechanical Design
