This role sees me spend the majority of my time on live channels, in both chats and calls, as the first port of call for 1M+ Shopify Merchants. The range of issues resolved are broad—from domain setup and troubleshooting to marketing advice, email hosting to website design. With my solutions focused mindset I found I thrive in this role and enjoy supporting our merchants grow their businesses. The troubleshooting required and fast-paced environment was a much needed challenge to keep me on my toes, and I quickly became a high performer in the role. I am a known name within the company, someone who can be looked to for answers to technically difficult questions and who can show empathy.
