My responsibility is to facilitate the whole consultant purchasing process for one of the biggest projects in Sweden, the new metro in Stockholm City. I have been working closely with FUT (Förvaltning för utbyggd tunnelbana) for more than 2 years and it comes with new experiences every day.As Resource Manager at SL/FUT I work directly with client managers to facilitate staff augmentation needs and works closely with management to prepare job descriptions and requisitions for all positions. I also work close with the procurement department to ensure that contractors compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
