I began my IT journey by diving into the Virtual Assistant project, where I honed my skills as a Scrum Master. Seeking new challenges, I was invited on building streamlined processes for debt collection procedures, aiming to create a reliable payment and debt collection software solution.Currently, I oversee the development cycle of a talented team consisting mainly of back-end engineers and QA specialists. Delivery Manager
Delivery Manager
Acted as the main point of contact for clients, managing the product backlog and coordinating team efforts;Led the development teams to deliver high-quality software, maintaining transparency with stakeholders;Implemented Agile processes and worked closely with clients to ensure alignment with business needs.
Project Manager Scrum Master
In my role as a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager at Zenitech, apart of constant feedback with my Development team I also engaged in a continious collaboration with various stakeholders. This included regular interactions with architecture, business analysts, business project managers, application support or DevOps teams. To ensure clear cut communication between the parties, I was drawing various project timeliness to show where the project is right now, and when it should be delivered to production. I was also escalating different blockers or issues to any related party in trying to resolve it and once we got to finish our development cycle I was the one organising UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for our deliverables and seeing it through to raise change requests which had to be presented in CAB (Change Approval Board) in order to be deployed to Production. Through my proactive approach, I managed to cultivate an environment of transparency and collaboration within my Dev team, enabling them to deliver high results and ensuring post-deployment support.Daily tool use: Jira - managing deliverables; Confluence - documentation / timelines;Service now - managing change requests; Azure - as I am not coding, I only used it to check small things, such as deployments to upper environments.
Senior Project Coordinator
As a Senior Project Coordinator in Intrum I was responsible for creating and documenting payments operations process flows, managing software release cycle, holding Agile events and coordinating the work for the system migration between countries, which involves writing product requirements and presenting them in CAB.
Scrum Master
As an avid learner, and an energetic person with great interest in software development, I was offered an opportunity to be a Scrum Master in Swedbank's Virtual Assistant team. I coordinated different projects in Jira, was responsible for improvement, new feature and bug fix releases on our online banking platform, followed Agile / Scrum methodologies and "put out fires" when something was not working. It was challenging at first to say the least, as I had no IT background. With some time, lots of reading and a strong, welcoming team I was able to learn and adapt quickly to coordinate both existing and new projects, to hold effective sprint planning sessions and facilitate valuable retrospectives. You can find the letter of recommendation attached here.
Content Manager
Swedbank is the largest bank in both Sweden and the Baltics, thus being responsible for virtual assistant in Lithuania only was not enough for me, thus after some talks with my manager we decided to created a position for myself to manage both Lithuanian and English content in the Baltics (Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia) as well as the team’s wellbeing, making sure that all prerequisites are in place for them to deliver results. During this time, I managed to increase the response rate results in the Baltics and achieve the highest scores in Lithuania.
Client Consultant
I started my journey in Swedbank as an intern, and not long after got the Client Consultant job. While being concentrated on work I developed written communication skills by writing both internet bank messages and emails (both in English and Lithuanian). During my time there I got in touch with lots of clients responding and solving issues around their use of Swedbank services.
Trainee
During my time in the exchange programme “Erasmus” I decided to try my best in a completely different environment. Even today I am grateful to my mentor at the time Rolandas Kačinskas (Lithuanian Ambassador to Greece), who showed me that the engineering path that I initially chose to pursue may not be for me and put his trust in me to organise a few events and write a few political reviews which broadened my perception for later steps in life (his recommendation inLithuanian is attached). The work done there was the start of the snowball to where I am now.
Internship Trainee
Two months of pure university required internship. Cannot say that the time there was a waste as I truly managed to achieve some great things, considering I was a not very interested Mechanical engineering student. Nevertheless we managed to lower the production cost of a few products. To me this just shows that I will always be able to find some better solutions to things, no matter the area where I am working, whether it is finance, communications, technology (...hey maybe all these combined) or even a required university internship.
Client Specialist
As a client specialist in the lead costumer communications company Transcom I managed to solve costumer issues on the go by working closely with the project regarding airlines. There I had my first taste of how customer satisfaction views matter in the companies long term goals and started to develop this customer relationship to support them on the go.
