This allows me to gain experience of our value chain and better understand the added value for our clients. I also get an insight into the organisation, business areas and structures of companies from different sectors, which gives me a better understanding of economic relationships from a theoretical perspective.

Germany

At the beginning of my studies, I developed an interest in trade fairs and congresses to learn about trends and developments, but also to expand my network in various industries. ITB Berlin was my first major trade fair where I worked as a speaker and moderator. It was a project in cooperation with CBS International School and Compass Tourism Consulting. The aim of the project was to relaunch the Best Exhibitor Awards and to honour the winners at the end of the fair.Since then I have been a speaker at a number of smaller trade shows and conferences. One of these was InsureNXT 2024 at the Cologne Exhibition Centre. There I was able to present an AI compliance project developed with a team of other students and a management consultancy. We placed 2nd in the final.
