Working in a team consisting of executive directors and the learning innovation team. This process aims to completely restructure the current bachelor courses at Rotterdam School of Management to enhance and innovate the knowledge of a business student.

Guide and welcome new and prospective students into the bachelor course. Ensure that the International Business Administration (IBA) course is being fairly and accurately represented to students, parents, and schools in the Netherlands and abroad. My job was to provide as much valuable information as possible to students to support them in making a suitable decision. The tasks aiming to achieve this include Open Days, Campus Tours, Student-for-a-day activities, and answering questions in a student panel.

The Faculty Council of Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) is an elected body that represents the interests of the RSM Community; employees (academic staff, administrative staff, PhD candidates), and students (bachelor and master). This Council advises the RSM Management Team on all issues pertaining to RSM’s educational and research activities, as well as its role in society at large.

Continuously improve and innovate the academic environments of the bachelor courses at Rotterdam School of Management. Work together with various departments such as Programme Management, Career Centre, International Office, and the Student Advisers.My tasks included the recruitment and training of committee members, gathering feedback, preparing frequent reports for Programme Management, and being actively involved in the process of Boost the Bachelor.

Engaged in a 4-week internship at Eppendorf (Shanghai). I was involved in several projects in different departments. Those projects included: Organisation of a Roadshow, Market Research, and Processing Orders.
