As a controls engineer, I'm responsible of commissioning automated furniture manufacturing lines. Among my activities are: - Control systems commissioning in the TwinCat 2/3 environment. - Setting up EtherCAT ADS field device communication. - Reading electrical plans, ensuring proper installation, and troubleshooting problems - Starting and configuring Bosch Rexroth servo and linear drives - Optimising VFDs both with and without position feedback loops. - Providing assistance until the end-user accepts the product.

Working as a controls engineer I commissioned automated materials handling systems. Prepared PLC software and went throught ramp-up and fine tuning stages of projects:▪ Praparing and Commissioning of control systems in Siemens STEP 7, TIA Portal environment and TIA Portal Openness. LAD, STL, SCL.▪ Commissioning PROFINET/PROFIBUS field devices and PLC - PLC communication on site.▪ Commissioning Fail Safe CPU PLCs and establishing Fail Safe PLC - PLC communication.▪ Factory testing and developing HMI in WinCC and TIA enviroment in VB scripts.▪ Verifying quality of electrical installation on site and troubleshoot errors.▪ Starting up and parametrizing SEW Drives with external feedback loop.▪ Verifying functionality of control software on site and running them in standalone mode.▪ Integrating PLC communication to external host using TCP-IP and UDP protocols.▪ Providing support until acceptance by the end-user.
