As co-founder of GGANDCO, a start-up in the luxury segment, I was instrumental in the rapid expansion of the company. In the first year, I successfully managed the recruitment and onboarding of nine employees. My role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, including strategic business management, e-commerce operations and key account management. This experience allowed me to gain in-depth knowledge of the luxury sector and develop a strong understanding of the challenges and responsibilities of management.
