Vay is a leading Tech-company in the field of Teledriving (i.e. remote-controlled driving) that aims to launch a unique, affordable, and sustainable door-to-door mobility service. The well-funded company brings a lot of experience from Silicon Valley (Google, Waymo, Amazon, Zoox, Byton, Tesla), from Europe (Microsoft, Skype, Audi, N26, BCG), and from having founded various other companies before starting Vay. My responsibilities included a) all the fleet-related tasks regarding company-internal vehicle lifecycles, i.e.: car logistics, compound, service providers, registration/deregistration, application for governmental fundings and environmental bonus (BAFA), fleet-insurance, parking solutions, charging solutions, fleet maintenance & repair, traffic violations, and b) even hundreds of hours as a certified safety driver on the driver's seat while the car got "teledriven" (remotely controlled driving) on testing grounds and on public streets in the cities. Due to organizational changes, Vay had to part ways with several colleagues, but will gladly provide references if needed.
