IT Specialist IIFor SACA Technologies, Inc. I diagnose and troubleshoot issues from customers that have their own physical and virtual environments and customers that utilize our hosted solutions. Customer submitted tickets range from what we manage at their location: computers, servers, firewall management, email, and other solutions and equipment. For virtual environments we manage through ESXi/vSphere platforms, we resolve any requests that come in whether it’s VM management, deployments, or installations. For hosted solutions, we manage customers using methods such as: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Remote Desktop Protocols, and the proper networking technology needed to host their solutions. For SACA Technologies, there is no request of any kind that is not resolved

For Global Technology Services I manage and troubleshoot on a variety of servers with many various different services, all on live environments. With troubleshooting, I support from the back and front end on physical and virtual machines: Lync Server, Exchange, SQL Server, Microsoft Threat Management Gateway, Microsoft Security Center Operations Manager, Microsoft Data Protection Manager and much more. Also, I am responsible for upgrades, domain management, and the cabinets that contain the 80+ servers.

Hawthorne, Ca

For the City of Hawthorne I provided a various assortment of technical services ranging for support of over 250 people from five remote sites and four networks that include: computers, copiers, printers, phones, network setups, hardware management, remote repairs and other technical setups. Along with this, I also completed many projects including assembling and completing three domain structures and associated protocols, and completed a technical refresh on the entire company. Lastly, I setup and configured financial programs and documents to work on a network environment with multiple users.

For Henkel I wrote and developed several protocols and documents that would later be used in the migration and its daily processes. Along with developing these documents, my team and I did the beta testing for different data transfer methods, research on applications, gathered information for configurations for dual Lotus Notes Clients, and applied this all into the official migration documents. Once the migration was started, we used these protocols to build onto imaged machines to match the client’s original: applications installation and configuration, data transfer, Lotus Notes setup, and other network and machine specific tasks. I also did IT support on machines and network related issues at the end of each site’s duration; sites included: Rancho Dominguez CA, Memphis TN, Salisbury NC, Kansas City MO, and Ontario CA.
