Responsible for the operational technical management of the machinesand the infrastructure of the sorting centre in Antwerpen. Taking care of the agreed KPIs in terms of technical quality, costs and reporting. Contribute to the optimal operation of the production site by continuously improving processes.

-Responsible of the Technical Services-Maximum proactive approach, in order to increase the reliability of the machine park, and to keep the number of failures to a minimum.- Determining priorities in the field of preventive and curative interventions.- Limit the impact on output as much as possible. In the case of recurrent breakdowns, identify improvement projects of a root-cause analysis, and then implement them. - Managing / coaching / facilitating employees of the technical service with a view to maintaining a motivated, technically strong and efficiently working team.- Process optimizations in collaboration with direct colleagues and all support services- Responsible for the budget of the department and the current (improvement) projects.- Planning and follow-up of all cleaning tasks. The point of contact for the employees involved and provide training guidance and support. Managing external companies for supporting low-frequency cleaning tasks.
