As a board member at COMPAS, I find myself part of a gentle current flowing through the landscape of responsible development and circular economy. At VIA University's annual summer school, "Deep Dive into Entrepreneurship," I serve as an instructor, where I, along with students from diverse educational backgrounds and countries, delve into the captivating world of entrepreneurship. Over an intense three-week period, I guide them through hands-on theories and methods that encompass everything from problem identification to idea development and implementation.My role as an instructor is to cultivate an environment that fosters curiosity and innovation. Entrepreneurship isn't just about the business aspects; it's also about nurturing creativity and cultivating a mindset that encourages innovative problem-solving. In this dynamic teaching context, I create a platform where students can explore, challenge, and refine their ideas and skills.Being a part of their journey and witnessing them discover their potential is both inspiring and rewarding. In this role, I aim to not only equip them with practical entrepreneurial tools but also to instill in them a passion for creative thinking and the confidence to approach challenges with innovation.

During my time at VIA Student Entrepreneurship Center (STV), I blended entrepreneurship, design, and communication as an instructor and workshop facilitator. I shared knowledge within these domains with students and young talents through dynamic learning experiences, including workshops on entrepreneurship and design thinking.I also contributed to STV's communication efforts by conveying essential information and inspiring stories to the target audience. Being a part of STV allowed me to combine my passion for supporting young entrepreneurs with my expertise in entrepreneurship, design, and communication. I aimed to empower them to make a positive impact in the business world and society.Through my role as an instructor and facilitator, I strived to foster a learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving. It was incredibly fulfilling to witness young minds grasp the concepts and skills needed to turn their ideas into tangible ventures. I served as the Head of Creativity, responsible for developing visual strategies for a wide range of clients. Throughout my tenure at Adasense, I cultivated a profound understanding of customer needs and objectives. I was dedicated to crafting design solutions that not only captured attention but also effectively conveyed messages in a memorable manner.
