Client of Designation: St Luke's Medical Center Quezon City• Provide technical and application support to end-user via remote or onsite.• Manage application database by request of end-user for merging, deletion, status of study, backup and copying of images.• Creating, assigning, and extracting using company own Service Desk.• Manage user account using Active Directory.• Manage scheduling application of client and check the server if malfunction occurred.• Configure machine connection to application server • Backup of machine files and images.• Checking and monitoring of server if an issue occurred then escalate to proper department and vendor to resolve issue immediately.

• Provide technical support on clients and company hardware, software and networks to ensure all workstations work properly.• Maintaining clients websites by checking down time and assists on inquiries and additional content of clients website.Troubleshoot, repair and install CCTV cameras.• Setting up and configuring Point-of-Sale System.• Photo and Video Editing.• Assists in the execution of management functions such as planning, directing, organizing, staffing and controlling of the operation of the division.

• Providing helpful informations, answering questions, and responding to complaints of clients.• Expediting clients complain and concern regarding billing and power outages on the area by calling on the nearest sector on clients area.
