My passion lies in adapting new technologies and trends to make products continuously deliver more and more customer value with a minimum of maintenance. I primarily focus on the UI/UX front-end and work in close partnership with interaction designers to design and develop everything from prototypes to final products.My most valued personal skills are creativity, problem solving and ability to innovate which provides excellent tools when bringing prototypes into a production environment. I am also known for delivering high-quality code within tight time frames.During the last couple of years I have been deeply involved in the development of several new product areas that have been very well received by customers.Outside my main responsibilities I am also involved in recruiting new talents and developing new tools for employee screening.
